Add-Ons for Real Estate Photo & Video
Elevate Your Listing.
Elevate your listing with aerial photography, showing potential buyers a variety of details by introducing a unique aerial perspective. Aerial photography is perfect for listings with oversized lots and properties with acreage including horse properties with stables and arenas. It’s also ideal for capturing special backyards, as well as mountain, lake, and city views.
Aerial/Drone Photos
We do aerial photography on its own, too. But when you add aerial photos to your photo shoot, you’ll save $50 off the regular price.
Enter the Twilight.
Taking photos at twilight can help show off a home’s exterior, especially architectural features, landscaping, and mountain/skyline views.
Home buyers love dreamy and eye-catching twilight photos because they are different from the regular exterior shot.
- Architectural features often take on a deeper quality when photographed in the cool light at twilight.
- Twilights are a great way to draw buyers’ attention to landscape and property lighting, pool lighting, backyard lounge areas, and features like fire pits.
- The glow of the lights inside the home, the absence of shadows from the sun, and the colors of the sky at sunset all combine to create a visually appealing image.
- Twilight shoots can also make a property stand out amongst other properties in an online search. They are more likely to grab the attention of the buyer and are more likely to be shared online.
Choose from two twilight options.
“Classic” Twilights
We’ll shoot exterior photos of the property — front and back — during the brief, magical moment of time after the sun disappears but before it’s dark out.
Twilight photo shoots need to be scheduled around sunset.
Virtual Twilights
We’ll start with regular daytime exterior photos. The we use technology, artistry, and a little magic to transform them — virtually — into twilight images.
Virtual twilights don’t require scheduling an evening photo shoot, since we generate twilight images from regular daytime photos.
Community Matters.
For some listings, the surrounding development — and all the amenities — matter just as much as the property itself.
By adding community photos to your property’s photo shoot, you’ll make sure to have high-quality images of all the extras that come alongside your listing
Community Photos
In addition to the property itself, we’ll shoot community features like a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, greenspaces, and development entry sign (and/or gated entry).
Set the Stage.
In a 2018 survey of over 4,000 homes sold nationwide, 85% of staged homes saw 6–25% higher sale prices than nearby homes that had not been staged. According to the National Association of Realtors, 31% of buyers increased their offer on a home 1–5% because the home was staged. 77% of buyers felt more able to see themselves moving into a staged home, and 40% were more willing to get in the car and visit a staged property they’d found online.
There’s no question that staging can increase interest and sale prices and decrease time on market. At List Logix, we love working with professional staging companies — staged homes make for gorgeous photographs. But we also know that lots of real estate agents don’t stage their listings because doing so can be expensive and time consuming.
Virtual Staging Makes it Easy, Affordable, and Fast
Now, you can fill a vacant room with furnishings without the expense or inconvenience of having to fill out the space with physical tables, chairs, sofas or beds.
Virtual staging is a process that uses advanced graphic editing technology (and a lot of expertise!) to transform a photograph of an empty room into a highly realistic image of a fully furnished room. We choose tasteful furnishings and decor to match the style of the home and use shadows and shading where appropriate to enhance the realism within the photos.
The savings in time and budget are significant when compared to traditional staging costs.

Don’t Look Fake
Virtually staged photos get a bad rap — you’ve no doubt seen images where the furnishings look comically fake. Virtually staged photos that don’t look realistic actually do more harm than good.
A poorly executed virtual staging, with oddly oriented, disproportionate, or unrealistic furnishings serves only to distract the online viewer, causing them to reject the premise of actually living in the home, replacing it with a chuckle and a keystroke or swipe to move on to the next property.
Our virtual staging process provides a realism that draws a buyer’s attention online.
